Wushu Association of India is a Member of International Wushu Federation, Wushu Federation of Asia, South Asian Wushu Federation, Recognised By - Deptt of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAAS) Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, affiliated with Indian Olympic Association. Modern Wushu integrates Chinese martial arts styles. Wushu was first incorporated into the Asian Games in 1990.
