An experienced Business and Information Technology leader, Sanjay brings extensive experience across diversified industries including Telecom, Financial Services and retail. In his over 22 years of diverse global experience in strategy, leadership, sales, operations, and IT program management, Sanjay has been instrumental in many mission-critical projects. For the past few years, he has been helping CXOs shaping up their business strategy utilizing the full potential of digital technologies. He has expertise in Big Data & Analytics and was instrumental in building IBM’s Big Data capability in India. He looks into xForm platform development and end to end delivery function. Sanjay holds an MBA degree from IIM Ahemdabad and B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT – BHU.
Rajendra brings to xForm Solutions over 30 years of global experience predominantly in the IT industry with new age digital technology in various roles including business development, pre-sales, product management, managed services and customer satisfaction. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad as well as Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Rajendra has made significant contributions in his prior associations with businesses such as Geometric Software, Siemens Industry Software and Majesco Mastek in addition to his own entrepreneurial ventures in the digital technology domain. He is passionate about working at the cross section of business, technology and people. Rajendra is responsible for the business development function at xForm Solutions.
